5. Booking & Payment
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept payment methods available through Shopify Payments. 6. Scheduling & Session Conduct
Upon purchase, you will receive instructions to schedule your session or submit your materials. Clients are expected to attend scheduled live sessions on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be forfeited without a refund. For asynchronous services (photo/video assessments), materials must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, after which the order may be cancelled.

1. Nature of Our Services
Moto Channel Cycles provides intangible, digital consulting services. Once a session has been conducted or a written assessment has been delivered, the service is considered rendered. As such, we are unable to offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after delivery. However, we are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.
2. Cancellation Policy โ Live Sessions
If you need to cancel a scheduled live consulting session, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the session: Full refund issued to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 75% refund, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: 50% refund, or the option to reschedule once
- No-show (no contact, no cancellation): No refund will be issued

3. Cancellation Policy โ Asynchronous Services
For services where you submit photos or videos (condition assessments, parts selection, written recommendations):
- Before materials are submitted: Full refund available upon request
- After materials are submitted but before delivery: 50% refund
- After the assessment or recommendation has been delivered: No refund, as the service has been fully rendered
4. Service Not Delivered โ Our Fault
If Moto Channel Cycles is unable to deliver a service due to circumstances on our end โ including consultant unavailability, technical failure, or scheduling error โ you will be entitled to one of the following, at your choice:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A complimentary rescheduled session at a time convenient for you
- A store credit valid for 12 months
5. Quality Concerns & Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the advice or assessment you received, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of service delivery. Please provide a clear description of your concern and, where applicable, supporting information. We will review each case individually and may offer one or more of the following resolutions:
- A free follow-up session to address gaps or clarify recommendations
- A partial refund (up to 50%) at our discretion
- A full refund in cases where we determine the service was materially deficient
We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction arising from outcomes of third-party repairs or parts purchases made based on our recommendations, as these are outside our control.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer but typically take 5โ10 business days to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email once a refund has been initiated.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Services fully delivered and accepted by the client
- No-show sessions without prior cancellation notice
- Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request (unless the service was never delivered)
